We carry out precise mechanical and human testing on all products and parts. In the event that a customer suffers damage due to a hidden defect in a purchased product, the Company shall only be liable for direct and ordinary damage that has actually occurred to the customer, up to the value of the product purchased by the customer.
We reserve the right to change the specifications and design of our products to improve their performance without notice.

Cancellation of orders by us
We reserve the right to cancel an order in the following cases. In the case of cancellation, we will process the refund through the credit card company you have used to place the order.

Order cancellation and returns
This product is made to order and cannot be canceled or returned after the order has been placed due to circumstances of the customer.

This product is made to order and cannot be canceled or returned after the order has been placed due to circumstances of the customer, however, if it is difficult for us to ship the product after three months from the date of order, or if it turns out that the product cannot be shipped to the requested country due to local delivery regulations, we can cancel or refund the order at the customer's request. In that case, after confirming your cancellation request, we will process your refund based on the payment method you used to make your purchase. In the case of credit card purchases, we will process your refund through the credit card company used within about a week. Please refer to the credit card statement issued by your credit card company to confirm the refund process. Please note that it may take 1-2 months for your refund to be processed by your credit card company. If for some reason your refund cannot be processed through your credit card company, we may have to resort to bank transfer or other methods of payment. No interest will be added to the refunded amount.

Repair and replacement
We have taken all possible measures to ensure quality, but if this product is deemed to be defective within the manufacturer warranty period (three months from the date of shipment), and if it was used in accordance with the instruction manual (only when it is objectively judged to be defective), we will repair or replace the product free of charge within the maximum warranty amount (the price of the product excluding tax).
However, please note that the warranty does not cover the following cases
Scratches on the exterior of the product that occur after opening the package
Breakdowns caused by customer modifications, etc.
When there is no serial number or an image of the product in question
Malfunction or damage caused by handling the product in a way contrary to the instruction manual
Malfunction or damage caused by natural disasters such as fires, storms, floods, lightning, earthquakes, tsunamis, or volcanic eruptions
Malfunction or damage caused by excessive impact due to falling, slipping or collision while driving
Failure or damage caused by improper handling during transportation or movement by the customer
Worn or damaged consumables (tires), battery deterioration
Failure or damage due to natural wear and tear of the product, abrasion, rust, mold, muck, decay, deterioration, discoloration, or other similar reasons
Failure or damage caused by external factors such as dropping of the product or exposure to water
If the product is not in your possession due to theft, loss, misplacement, or other reasons and its condition cannot be confirmed
Please note that you will be responsible for any repair costs (repair and shipping costs) after the product's warranty period has expired. To request a repair or replacement, please contact us here (support@cocoamotors.com).

Use of the product
You must comply with the separate instruction manual of the product you have purchased, as well as with the laws and regulations of each country (including domestic and international treaties, laws, government orders, notifications, regulations, orders, ordinances, guidelines and other administrative guidance of government agencies). This product cannot be used on public roads in Japan.
Please note that we are not responsible for any damage caused by use of this product in violation of the instruction manual, laws or regulations.
